// Shredding of documentation
As part of the ARHIVIRAJ.AO™ service, we offer the most secure method of document destruction (known as disposal) and recycling for all types of documents. This process follows the strictest standards and procedures, conducted off-site at our company’s archival depots. Through our software system, automatic creation of document disposal lists and destruction reports is enabled.
We provide destruction services for the following types of documents:
- Paper documentation
- Books
- Binders
- Other paper-format documents
Work Specifications:
- Document destruction is performed from Security Level 2 up to the highest Security Level 4 according to DIN/EU standards.
- At Security Level 2, paper is shredded into strips.
- At Security Level 4, documents are further ground, moistened, and pressed into briquettes, making reconstruction impossible.
- For Security Level 4, we use the PÖTTINGER, a premium Austrian shredder equipped with an integrated briquette press and special Cross Cut knives made from top-quality steel, designed for both longitudinal and cross-cutting into fine pieces.
- Operators receive specialized training for a secure work process.
- All procedures comply with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards, as well as data protection laws.
Specialized Facility for Document Destruction:
- Off-site process – documents are destroyed in a designated, physically and technically secured section within the PIS archival depot (a closed and fenced area with security services and video surveillance).
- Free temporary storage of unlimited volumes of collected documents at our company’s archival depot.
- Preparation and separation of documents designated for destruction (with return of empty binders, folders, and boxes to the client).
Guarantee of Successful Completion:
- The client or an authorized representative is present during data destruction.
- Shredded documents are pressed and baled.
- After baling, the destroyed documents are sent for recycling.
- The client receives a comprehensive report and a video recording of the entire process.
