We offer our clients state-of-the-art systems and equipment from leading global manufacturers such as OPEN TEXT, KODAK ALARIS, ZEBRA, THALES, AET, ATIZ, e-ImageData, IMAGE ACCESS, SIGNOTEC, along with accompanying systems for which we provide full technical support and service. Our software and hardware systems are installed in the largest domestic companies and banks, where the devices and systems operate 24/7.

At our ARQUIVO.COM™ outsourcing center, Arquivo provides modern scanning and microfilming services in a scanning center with a capacity of up to 150,000 scanned documents per day. Additionally, we offer document archiving services in our archival depots, spanning approximately 24,000 m², built according to the highest global standards.

ARQUIVO is constantly expanding its capacity by constructing new archival depots.

At the ARQUIVO.COM™ outsourcing center, we offer the following services:

  • Permanent archiving of paper documents in our archival depot in accordance with the ISO 15489 standard
  • Scanning – digitization of traditional paper and microfilm archives
  • ARHIVO™ Archival Software for managing archives and delivery requests in line with archival rules
  • Listing, organizing, and data entry into the ARHIVO™ Archival Software
  • Organizing documentation, creating and maintaining the ARHIVO™ Dynamic Archive Book, and drafting normative acts in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia
  • OCR automatic recognition and automated data entry services into the client’s information system
  • Hosting of the client’s electronic archive on our servers and ARHIVO™ Cloud DMS
  • Implementation of OpenText Content Management, Workflow, DMS, and integrated ECM solutions
  • Creation of security microfilm copies
  • Destruction – shredding of paper documents
