Our clients can order ARHIVO™ software solutions separately and install them on-site or use ARHIVO™ solutions free of charge with unlimited software licenses as part of the ARHIVIRAJ.COM™ outsourcing center.

System capabilities, as well as the creation of labels for identification and categorization of archival material, can be fully customized to meet client requirements. The software system enables the management of archival units—archival boxes, binders, files, down to the level of a single sheet.

The software provides a record of categories for clients’ registry materials, ensuring the easy disposal of expired documentation (reducing archiving costs) and the maintenance of an electronic archival log, which can be submitted to the relevant archive. The system is accessed through a web browser, eliminating the need for any software installation on user computers.
