System administrators handle the creation and administration of business processes, defining core automated workflows that include task and document routing as well as automated user notifications.

Process creation is performed by the client’s administrator, tailored according to the client’s business rules. It’s possible to create an unlimited number of workflows, where users can initiate business processes, receive and send notifications. Process attributes and access rights are established, significantly enhancing the traditional business processes in companies. In these setups, multiple employees work on a single document, print copies in dozens, and physically transfer items from branches to headquarters. Physical papers move desk to desk without precise control, often resulting in delays or incomplete execution of business processes.
