The ARHIVO™ portal is a digital platform and web application for automated delivery, control, approval, and application of qualified signatures and timestamps on documents for both company and end (external) users. This Digital Platform Portal provides end-user access, allowing them to request services, verify and control their contracts, or sign documents with a qualified signature directly on the portal using a web browser or mobile phone.

This innovative application is already in use in Europe. At the core of the ARHIVO™ platform are the ARHIVO™ BPM module, which enables the rapid creation of highly complex processes with simple integrations and process extensions, and the ARHIVO™ qSIGN module for qualified electronic signing.

The ARHIVO™ BPM module, the product of implementing hundreds of processes across Europe, facilitates extremely fast process deployment (within hours or days) using EIM process standards to define requirements. The portal supports centralized signing, local signing, timestamping, multiple signatures per document, email communication and document exchange, document control, and cloud signature support. It accommodates all qualified certification bodies in the Europe and global providers like DocuSign.
