The EIM Digital Portal Platform, through all system components, enables simple and automated document signing with electronic or qualified signatures. The digital platform supports qualified electronic signatures, electronic signatures using Signotec signing solutions, biometric signatures with Signotec biometric devices, signing with OTP passwords (the OTP system can be enabled upon request), other smart mobile devices, secure QR code generation, qualified timestamps, and qualified signatures.

Each component is independent and equipped with its own custom REST API. A major advantage of the digital portal platform is that different scenarios can be applied depending on the use case or document type. For one scenario, only an electronic signature might be used; for another, an electronic signature and OTP; for yet another, qualified signatures and a timestamp may be required. All scenarios are defined through workflow configuration for quick implementation of new document types.

The digital platform is closely integrated with OpenText solutions, providing a proven, comprehensive solution for qualified electronic signing, electronic document management, and long-term retention in compliance with the requirements of the EU.
