The VDR (Virtual Data Room) is a web portal with the highest level of information security, designed for collaborative work and processing of electronic documents outside the company. This platform enables authorized system users to access and manage documents according to their assigned permissions. Documentation is stored on a central server and is accessible via the internet.
The Virtual Data Room allows users to:
- Create folders representing a project or case where all relevant documents can be added.
- Receive notifications about activities performed—downloading, adding documents, posting comments, etc.
